SUPER SPECIAL MESSAGE
February 25th, 2011:

Bonesaw.org is no longer an actively updated source for Clarkson Hockey madness. It was a ton of fun serving the fans of Clarkson Hockey for the 100 or so years that it lasted. Bonesaw.org will now serve as an archive, forever documenting the rise of the Bonesaw from 2006 - 2009. The Bonesaw is still going strong for Clarkson Hockey, but unfortunately Bonesaw.org does not have the active staff necessary to keep it updated regularly. If you think that you can get involved somehow feel free to contact us. May the saw be with you.

ECAC Weekend in Cheel

Jeremy - January 24, 2008 - 12:02 am

Finally, ECAC Men's hockey is back at home this weekend with the Clarkson Golden Knights facing off against RPI on Friday night and Union on Saturday. RPI, who thinks we are their rival even though is basically a no contest everytime we meet (them being the losers), put up a good fight last year to end the regular season in Cheel Arena, thinking they were gonna leave with a win. Down 2-3, the Knights pulled Leggio from the net, and with just 3.3 seconds remaining tied the game up, 3-3. Let's see if the Green and Gold will remind RPI who this ice belongs to in what should be an entertaining game no matter the outcome (preferably a CU W).

The Lady Knights are traveling to Union and RPI in the Troy-let this weekend, hoping to pick up 4 points and keep moving up in the ECAC standings. Next weekend will be a huge one with the girls taking on bitter rival SLU(t) in Cheel on Friday and again at Crappleton on Saturday. The girls have a chance to move to second place in the ECAC if they perform well this weekend and take down SLU(t) next. Please come out and show your support at 7 PM next Friday in Cheel.

Also, some entertaining pictures.....

This lovely screen shot was taken from http://www.withleather.com. Finally, someone has put it in writing on a somewhat respected sports Blog site. (If you continue to read they are in fact refering to St. Louis University's basketball team, but it still applies up here in the North Country and we all know it)

Keep your eyes peeled for the new player on the ice this weekend. Sure, you are supposed to have a number to be an official team member, but who is gonna tell this guy differently...
